This policy is a starting template for ZETA PLATFORM and must be reviewed and completed (business name, address, contact email, governing law) before relying on it. It is not legal advice.
ZETA PLATFORM sells time-limited access ("plans") to the zetastore desktop application. Standard includes the core features; Premium additionally includes the Tracking section.
You sign in with Discord. Your plan is bound to that Discord account and is personal. Do not share, resell or transfer access.
Prices are in USD and charged once through PayPal. A plan starts when PayPal confirms the payment and lasts for the purchased period (1 month = 30 days, 3 months = 90 days, 6 months = 180 days, 1 year = 365 days). Buying the same plan again extends it. Plans do not renew automatically.
You must follow the rules of any game or service you use the application with. Using features where they are not allowed may lead to penalties from that game or service; ZETA PLATFORM is not responsible for them. Access may be suspended for fraud, chargebacks or abuse.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.
The software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
